A quota represents the usage limit for the MyDetector AI Humanizer feature within a specific period.

Both guest and logged-in users receive free quotas, but we recommend logging in to access a higher free allowance. Additionally, you can subscribe to a plan to get more quotas.

Currently, only the AI Humanizer feature consumes quotas. Each task performed will consume 3 quota.

Your total quota depends on your current account status. Free users receive 20 quotas per month, while subscribers receive the quota included in their plan. Please note that these quotas do not stack.

Free quotas: Reset every calendar month.Plan quotas: Valid for your specific subscription cycle (e.g. 30 days from purchase).

If you exhaust your free quotas for the month, you can subscribe to a plan to obtain additional quotas.

Yes. Plan quotas are valid for one month starting from your purchase date. Any unused quotas will expire at the end of this period and cannot be recovered.

A: Yes, subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You can cancel anytime via the "My Account" section.

After cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the current billing cycle ends. You will not be charged again.

For mid-term upgrades, please contact support. We will arrange a custom solution for you regarding price adjustments, billing dates, and quota conversion.

Yes, your payment is secure. We support major credit cards. All transactions are processed via encrypted third-party platforms like Stripe. MyDetector does not store your sensitive card information.

You are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any subsequent subscription renewal date.

No, we have a no-questions-asked policy. As long as your request is made within the 14-day window, your refund will be processed without requiring additional information.

Once your refund request is received, it will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
